How do I get started?
Simply sign up for an account and subscribe to a trainer's AI Coach whose methodology matches your fitness goals.
Can I try before I subscribe?
You can browse trainer profiles and learn about their methodologies before subscribing to their AI Coach. Some trainers may offer free trials to help you decide if their approach is right for you.
Subscriptions & Billing
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our secure payment provider. You'll have continuous access to your trainer's guidance as long as your subscription is active.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Training & Programs
How do I access my training programs?
After subscribing to a trainer, their programs will appear in your dashboard. You can access workouts, track your progress, and interact with your AI coaching assistant.
Can I subscribe to multiple trainer's AI coaches?
Yes, you can subscribe to multiple AI coaches and receive guidance from them. You could subscribe to an AI coach specialized on fitness program while subscribed to a nutrition expert AI coach.
What if an exercise is too difficult for me?
Our AI coaching assistant can help suggest modifications and alternatives based on your fitness level.

How do trainers get paid?
